Chairman Huang Youfang Made an Official Visit to Hong Shanxiang , the Former Vice - minister of Ministry of Transport

On 4^th November, Huang Youfang, Chairman of the Administrative Council of CIN, visited Hong Shanxiang, the former vice-minister of the Ministry of Transport and Chairman of the Sixth Administrative Council of CIN in Shanghai.

During the visit, Chairman Huang Youfang expressed his sincere regards to Mr. Hong and introduced the recent reform and development of the institute. Mr. Hong was very pleased with the innovation and achievements made by CIN, and said that he would continue to pay close attention to and support the development of CIN.
